About

Natalia is an actress and filmmaker from the Russian Far East, currently based in New York City. Her artistic journey began on stage—she spent eight years as a dancer during her childhood. During that time, she began documenting rehearsals, and this instinct to capture and tell stories visually led her to experiment with video creation.

After graduating from school, Natalia deepened her craft by studying Documentary Photography at Moscow State University and Film Production at Toronto Film School. While studying, she became involved in a variety of productions, working on music videos for well-known Russian artists and taking on key creative roles—director, producer, first assistant director, and cinematographer—in numerous short films.

Driven to become a stronger director, Natalia recognized the importance of understanding the actor’s process. This led her to complete the two-year conservatory program at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York. Today, she brings a dual perspective as both a filmmaker and actress to every project—shaping nuanced performances and telling grounded, visually compelling stories.
